Our organic pastas are available in different types with Durum Semolina, Whole-Wheat and Kamut.
The types differ with higher and lower Glycemic Index (GI).
The Glycemic Index (GI) is a measure of the level of carbohydrates according to the extend to which they raise blood sugar levels after consumption.
Food ingredients such as the Durum Semolina, with high GI levels are generally rapidly digested and absorbed by the body.
Food ingredients such as the whole-wheat, spelt and Kamut, with low GI slow digestion and absorption, produce gradual level rises of the level of blood sugar and insulin in the body.
As for our tomato sauces we are currently offering, these are ready to eat. Simply heat up and pour directly over the pasta. You can of course add your choice of seafood, meats, and our delicious range of imported mushrooms from France.
The sauce do not contain added sugar and is made from real tomatoes.
